The GMP Purified Water Treatment Plant from TianSure is engineered to supply high-purity water for pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetic and medical device manufacturing. Description
Working Principle
The system includes multi-stage pre-treatment (quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, softener), followed by a RO purification stage to remove dissolved solids, organic matter and microorganisms. An EDI polishing module further improves water purity and stability. The purified water is stored in a 316L stainless steel tank and continuously circulated through a sanitary loop to maintain quality and prevent microbial growth.
